Yoga for Tweens

Our Tween yoga class will give tools to your tween on how to calm themselves down and reduce stress. They will focus on their body in a more healthy way by learning to love and accept their bodies as they are. It will help them strengthen their body, balance and good posture and will be a doorway to self empowerment!
