Hosted by a young adult who has been an entrepreneur since her own tween years, the first Be Fearless Summit is a partnership between Alexa Curtis and Drexel University. The event, which is targeted to the tween, teen, and millennial demographic, will be held Friday, March 15 at LeBow College of Business at Drexel University.

Similar to college career fairs and conferences like Create & Cultivate, this conference for teens and young adults partners with colleges and additional sponsors to help guide young people to be bold and fearless. The conference is designed to give one-on-one attention from advisors, entrepreneurs, and other students with the goal that the students will leave feeling empowered and inspired.

Speakers will range from students with stories of resilience to CEOs and marketing professionals at top companies. Confirmed speakers include Michelle Grant, founder of LIVELY; fashion and lifestyle blogger Nicolette Mason; and TV host and reporter Danielle Robay. The event also includes a SoulCycle class with lunch from Honeygrow.

Breakout sessions will offer advice on how to crush your first job, how to hustle, and how to give a badass interview.

21-year-old Alexa Curtis founded A Life in the Fashion Lane (now Life Unfiltered with Alexa) in 2011. She runs the social media and mental health Web site full-time, along with her nonprofit Media Impact and Navigation for Teens, and podcast This is Life Unfiltered. Alexa has worked to help combat social media bullying on TODAY, GMA, Fox, CNN and more. Her show Fearless Everyday on Radio Disney airs Fridays at 9 p.m. PST.
