The Field Teen Center at the Free Library is now officially open to the public. The 4,000 square feet space is the first ever specifically designed for teens at the Parkway Central Library.
In addition to old favorites such as public computers and Afterschool Programming, the Field Teen Center now has meeting rooms where tweens and teens can run that Dungeons and Dragons campaign or work together on a group project.
They’ve more than doubled the size of their manga and graphic novel collections! They have increased the number of staff serving teens in the space, so you’ll find some new faces next time you stop in. There’s plenty of new comfy seating too, so come in and claim your spot.
Teens will reign in the Field Teen Center, offering afterschool programming every day of the week.
