Call for Entries! Student Writing Contest: Amazing Women Edition

Calling all students and teachers of talented writers who want to celebrate amazing women!

The National Youth Foundation is hosting the 3rd national student writing competition to promote gender equality.  The contest is called the Amazing Women’s Edition competition.

The student book competition is open to students in grades K-8. Winners will receive $500 for their team and $250 for their teacher or project coordinator. The book will also be published and donated to school and public libraries. Sharpen your pencils and get your art supplies – applications are due January 6, 2020, can be found online.

The National Youth Foundation uses creative educational programming to promote inclusion and equality while helping young students develop their literary skills through academic and team building projects. Learn more at nationalyouthfoundation.org.
